Upgrade heartache

I recently upgraded my Mac OS to the new Mountain Lion, but it’s all turned out to be a bit of a damp squib. The reason, I have found, is that much of my existing software doesn’t appear to like it. Being on the cutting edge as I often am, I seem to have changed too soon and haven’t allowed developers and programmers time to fix the inevitable glitches and problems the upgrade produces. I imagine with Apple being Apple impenetrable secrecy has prevented them preparing patches and updates in advance. The result is frustrating to say the least.
Unlike the recent Olympics, being first does not always win the race.
